Less chasing, more time for your clients
Example workflows for accounting, legal and consulting firms: documents collected, deadlines tracked and drafts prepared. Your team reviews and decides.

Good to know
Are these real client workflows?
No. They are example workflows we can build around your business, not live client case studies. If we ever publish a client's case, we will say so clearly and with that client's approval.
Does anything go out to my clients without my approval?
Only where you allow it. Anything important, like a request for documents, a draft or a charge, waits for your approval.
Does it connect with the tools I already use?
Where your tools allow it, yes. Before we build, we show you in a one-page plan how each piece connects, and anything that can't be connected we tell you from the start.
What happens to the data?
Each client's data is kept separate and is never used to train artificial intelligence models. When a solution uses AI models from outside providers, we put that in writing in the contract; if there is one you don't want handling your data, tell us and we leave it out.
Want to picture it in your firm?
A 30-minute conversation, free and with no strings. Tell us how your firm works today and we'll tell you plainly what is worth automating first.
